Protocol fees from Signal's HYPE pools buy $SIGNAL on the open market, in small slices.
Protocol fees in HYPE go to Protocol Echo, which buys SIGNAL with them: 70% of the HYPE for SIGNAL sent to the dead address (Burned), 20% for the reserve wallet, 10% for the relief wallet. The protocol's own SIGNAL fees go straight to Burned.
