# terms — signal.family

1. **What this is.** A window onto HyperEVM: a live tape of on-chain trades, a place to say why you bought, and buttons that send transactions from *your* wallet. We are an interface, not a broker, exchange, custodian or adviser.
2. **Your keys, your trades.** Every trade is signed by you and settled on-chain; it is final the moment it lands. Prices move fast. You can lose everything you put in. Nothing here is a recommendation.
3. **No custody.** We never hold funds or keys. The gasless conversion submits a message you signed; the contract that swaps it is public and verified.
4. **Signals.** Words you sign under your name are yours and public. Don't post what you can't stand behind. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
5. **Availability.** The tape, the quotes and the buttons can lag, break or be wrong; the chain is the truth. Use the receipt links.
6. **Eligibility.** You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use decentralised exchanges there. You are responsible for your taxes.
7. **Liability.** To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided as-is, with no warranty, and we are not liable for losses from using it.
8. **Changes.** These terms can change; the date below moves when they do.
