where the fee goes

one trade, one fee

Trades on a token launched here carry a fee. Here’s how that fee reaches the venue, the launcher and Signal.

First, the venue. These pools open on Project X, which keeps one seventh of every pool fee. The split below applies to what is collected after that cut.

for each $1 of collected fees the fee, drawn — reading the launch rules
  • launcher / holdersThe launcher keeps this share or directs it to holders in the pair asset. The choice is fixed at launch.
  • signal.familyConverted to HYPE at the Hyperliquid book price, then held in three named parts: .

So, counted from what a trader actually paid: the launcher’s is about , and ours about . On a token that pays its holders, the counter under its name is the one figure that needs no arithmetic — it is what the chain’s own receipts say landed in wallets.

see the receipts → revenue what the pools earned, who was paid, what was burned — every figure from the chain's own receipts.

the launcher’s fee choices

The launcher’s share has two doors on the launch page, and the one they choose is written into the token at birth.

  • keep it. the share accrues on chain under their own address, and they claim it whenever they want.
  • pays holders. every trade streams that share to whoever holds the token, in the pair asset, claimable any time — and the token’s page counts what the receipts say was actually paid, never what is owed.

The contract holds a third door, which the launch page does not offer: a launcher burning their own share into the token itself. Only the launched token can be burned that way. Real assets are never burned or locked away from people.

the pair

Every launch is paired with something that already trades on HyperEVM: HYPE, a tokenised stock, gold, a major, a stable, or any token with a pool we can route through. The pair is what the pool is made of, and it is what the fee arrives in.

pair assets and pricing
  • a launch that pays its holders pays them in the pair asset — a gold pair pays gold, an NVDA pair pays NVDA, a HYPE pair pays HYPE.
  • a pair whose pool is shallow wears a thin badge where you pick it, and a pair we refuse says why, in place, instead of quietly disappearing.
  • nothing here converts through a price a pool could fake. the Hyperliquid book is the scale. where an asset has no honest book of its own, its holders are still paid in it and the house share simply waits for a price the pool cannot fake.

what signal never does

  • no launch fee. a launch costs gas and nothing else.
  • no opening tax. no snipe window, no cooldown, no first-block penalty — block one trades on the same terms as every block after it.
  • nothing held back for us. after a token's pool opens, the launch contract keeps none of its supply. tokens waiting for their pool to open remain in the launch contract. it has no fee reserve armed. a first buy is a buy at the opening price, like anyone else's.
  • no sink that serves nobody. liquidity sits in a pool anyone can trade against, and the house share sits in three named wallets. real assets are never burned or locked away from people; only the launched token may be burned.
