Other chains and Swap

Signal's own launches live on HyperEVM. The site also lists and trades tokens on Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain, from the same sign-in. Paying for a coin on one chain with money on another is the part of Signal called Helix.

Browsing

A row of chains sits above the lists: HyperEVM, All chains, Ethereum, Solana, BNB, Robinhood. It narrows what the lists show. It never changes which chain a coin trades on: a coin always trades on its own.

HyperEVM has two halves: HyperEVM (every market on the chain) and On Signal (only tokens launched on Signal). Search has the same choice as On Signal | Everything.

Some lists are Signal's own and exist on HyperEVM only: Signal v4, Paying holders, Signals and Top traders.

Buying a coin on another chain

Open the coin's page. The ticket's Pay with decides how you pay:

  • HYPE on HyperEVM (the default). One order: your HYPE is bridged and swapped through Relay, and the coin lands in your wallet on its own chain. The ticket shows what you get, the least you get, the fees and the time, usually under a minute. If the order cannot be delivered, it refunds.
  • That chain's own coin (ETH on Ethereum, BNB on BNB Chain, ETH on Robinhood Chain). The trade happens on that chain directly, from your balance there.
  • Money on a third network (ETH or USDC on Base or Arbitrum, and others). The same one-order path as HYPE.

Your choice of Pay with is remembered, and applies to every buy until you change it.

A cross-chain buy also sends a little of the destination chain's coin to your wallet (about $0.50), taken out of the buy, so that you can pay gas there when you sell. If you run out of gas on a chain, one tap adds some.

The fees figure on a cross-chain trade includes Relay's fee, Signal's Helix fee and gas.

Solana

A Solana coin's ticket has a HYPE | SOL switch.

  • HYPE: pay from your HyperEVM wallet through Relay. The coin lands in your Signal Solana wallet, which is made the first time you need it.
  • SOL: pay from a Solana wallet such as Phantom or Solflare, through Jupiter.

A sale has a "market" slippage setting for fast markets; the ticket shows the least you get before you confirm.

Safety on other chains

Coins on other chains get the same safety check, shown as a strip of chips under the coin's name ("Checks") and, when something is wrong, a card above the ticket. A coin that failed the check cannot be bought through Signal; it can still be sold. On Solana the reading is lighter: the mint and the pool.

Price-impact rules on these tickets: shown above 1%, a second tap from 5%, and a buy refused from 15%. A sale is never refused for impact.

Swap

Swap is one box for moving between assets: what you pay, what you get, and the same ticket as a coin's page underneath.

A row of majors gives one tap each to BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC and USDT0. On HyperEVM those are tokens: BTC is UBTC, ETH is UETH, SOL is USOL (Unit's tokens for each asset), and the ticket names the token it actually trades.

"You get" can be any coin Signal trades on any of its chains. "You pay" is your Pay with choice. A link of the form /swap?token=<address> opens the box on that coin; add &side=sell to turn it around.

Money you hold on HyperCore (Hyperliquid's own ledger) at your address can be brought to HyperEVM with Bring home, on the Swap page and in Add money.

Phones

A phone gets the same site in a phone layout: a bottom bar with Discover, Launch, Rewards and Watch, and on a coin's page a floating Buy / Sell bar that opens the ticket as a sheet.
