Use Signal

Your wallet

Signal never holds your key. Money only ever lands at an address your wallet holds the key to.

Which wallet you have

The account menu names it:

  • Signal wallet: made for you when you signed in with email, Google or X.
  • Your own wallet: MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom or another wallet you signed in with.

A Solana address is made the first time you need one: your first Solana trade, or "Make my Solana address" under Add money.

Add money

Account menu → Add money. Pick where the money comes from. Each choice shows one address, a QR code, what to send and what happens when it lands.

FromSendWhat happens
HyperEVMHYPE or USDCReady to trade the moment it lands
HyperliquidHYPE or USDCSame address. "Transfer to EVM" on Hyperliquid moves HYPE straight here. Money sent to this address on Hyperliquid waits there until you press "Bring home"
SolanaSOLIt lands in your Signal Solana wallet. One tap turns it into HYPE
Base, ArbitrumETH or USDCIt stays yours on that network. Pay for any coin with it in one tap. Keep a little ETH there for gas
EthereumETH or USDCThe same, but Ethereum's gas costs dollars, not cents
BNB ChainBNB or USDCThe same. Keep a little BNB for gas
Robinhood ChainETH or USDGThe same. Keep a little ETH for gas

The address is the same on every EVM network. If a coin arrives on a network you did not intend, it is still yours: pick that network in the sheet to see it. Solana has its own address; send only SOL on Solana to it.

Where your wallet offers it, Buy with a card opens the wallet provider's own funding screen.

Send

Account menu → Send. Send HYPE, USDC or any coin you hold to an address on HyperEVM, or send HYPE or USDC to an address on Base, Arbitrum, Ethereum, BNB Chain or Robinhood Chain.

  • Every send is reviewed before it goes. A first send to a new address asks you to read it in full.
  • An address that starts and ends like one you used before but differs in the middle is refused: that is what address poisoning looks like. Paste it again from its source, not from a history list.
  • A send over $1,000 asks you to tick that you checked the address.
  • HYPE keeps 0.01 back for gas.
  • Coins other than HYPE and USDC send on HyperEVM only.
  • A send to another network goes through one Relay order. The review shows what arrives, the least that arrives, the fees and the time. If it cannot be delivered, what you sent comes back to your wallet on HyperEVM.

Sends are final. Nothing moves until your wallet confirms.

Back up

Account menu → Back up your wallet.

For a Signal wallet, the key is the way back to your money if you ever lose your sign-in. Privy's own window shows it. Signal never sees it, stores it or asks for it.

  • Anyone with the key can take everything in the wallet.
  • Write it on paper. Never paste it into another app or site.
  • Nobody from Signal will ever ask you for it.

A wallet you brought keeps its keys in that wallet's app.

Instant trading

For a Signal wallet only. On, pressing Buy or Sell sends at once with no confirmation screen.

  • It is on by default. Turning it off is one tap and is remembered on your device. Turning it on takes two.
  • It covers trades and the steps a trade needs. Sends, claims, key exports and launches always ask.
  • A caution no longer asks for a second tap; its words still show. A buy of a token that failed the safety check never sends. A buy the safety check could not read still asks once.

One-tap trading for wallet apps

Where the site offers it, a wallet app can sign once to open its own trading vault and give the browser a trading key. After that, Buy and Sell on Signal's own pools go through with no wallet window, inside limits you set: how much goes in the vault, the most per buy, the most in all, and how long it lasts (24 hours at most).

Only you can withdraw from the vault. The key can only buy and sell on Signal's pools. If the browser were ever compromised, the key could still spend up to your limit on those pools or sell what the vault holds at a bad price until it ends, so keep the vault to trading money. Turning it off is instant, and "Move … to my wallet" empties it.

Money on the move

A payment that crosses networks takes a moment. The account menu counts those in flight, and "Money on the move" lists each one from sent to arrived, with a link to its record.
