Use Signal

The Desk and Classic

Signal has two layouts on a desktop screen. They show the same markets and use the same ticket.

  • Classic is the site as a set of pages: a home with Discover and Signals, a page per token, a footer with every link.
  • The Desk (beta) is one screen: live columns of markets, a chart and a ticket side by side, a status bar along the bottom.

A new visitor sees Classic. Switch with Desk | Classic in the top bar. Your choice is remembered. The Desk draws only in a window 1280 pixels wide or more; phones, tablets and narrow windows always get Classic. ?layout=full or ?layout=classic on any address picks one directly.

On the Desk, Classic site in the status bar and the Layout row of the Display panel lead back.

The Desk's board

The board is columns, up to six. The default is Trending, New pairs and a Coin column. + Column adds one:

ColumnShows
New pairsEvery launch of the week, newest first
Signal v4Launches on Signal's v4 hooks, every one
TrendingThe coins the most wallets bought today
Paying holdersCoins that pay their holders, by what they paid
SignalsSignals people post, and the move since
TopThe biggest markets, by cap or by volume
MoversThe hour's and the day's biggest moves
Top tradersSignal's traders with an @name, ranked by P&L
Live tradesEvery trade on the chain, as it lands
CoinOne coin: its chart, its facts, Buy and Sell

Each column has its own order and filters (market cap, liquidity, age, pair, launch type), can be dragged, resized, moved or removed, and "Reset board to Signal's default" undoes everything. The board is kept in your browser.

A click on a row shows that coin in the Coin column without leaving the board. ⌘-click opens its page.

The foot of a column counts rows the site set aside (failed the safety check, a look-alike, launch spam) with a show button. A quiet new launch on Signal is listed, not set aside.

The Display panel sets the appearance (Light, Dark, Auto, Teal), and on the Desk the colours for up and down and the density of rows. It also holds per-device choices: streamer mode, quiet motion and hidden tokens.

The status bar

Along the bottom of a desktop window: whether the live stream is connected, the HYPE price, how many people are on Signal, the day in numbers, and what is moving. Status opens the keeper's status page: what Signal's own automation is doing right now, read-only.
